Salmon filet, cast iron seared, San Francisco
Two salmon fillets seared in a Field Company skillet, the caramelization sharp and the natural oils visible in the light. A food stylist prepared the dish in a San Francisco studio; the lighting was set to match the continuous video setup from the same shoot. The still and video versions of this dish were produced together.
